About The Position
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Expert to lead the design, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure in large, complex environments.
This role includes leading technological projects in the IT infrastructure domain, integrating advanced distributed systems, and ensuring the stability and continuity of core infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, writing technical documentation, and maintaining ongoing operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong system-wide perspective, broad technological expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Requirements
Must Have
- At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure within an enterprise organization
- Proven experience in systems integration
- Strong hands-on experience with virtual environments (VMware, vSAN)
- Experience with storage systems (advantage: NetApp)
- Experience with Microsoft systems and products, including: Active Directory, Exchange, PKI, SCCM, SCOM
- Experience with additional Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Clusters
- Strong system-level understanding of Microsoft environments (Linux – an advantage)
- Experience with backup systems (Veeam)
- Proven ability to design, implement, and integrate complex IT systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills in complex IT environments
- Experience writing technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with VDI, Citrix, and Commvault backup solutions
- Experience in setting up Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
- Experience with cloud/container platforms (OpenShift, Docker)
- Scripting experience (PowerShell)
- Familiarity with RHEL Linux
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins)
- Active security clearance – an advantage
